Compact design.

At the core of our modules is a patented structure where four octagonal tanks are organised around a shared water treatment system.

Short process lines reduce complexity, improve operational efficiency, and help prevent sediment accumulation within the system.

The module was designed and built with the intention of creating the perfect harmony for both the fish and the operator. Built with the knowledge of operators, proven around the world.

Lower CAPEX

The compact footprint and extensive use of prefabricated components reduce construction volume, construction time, and project complexity. Tank walls also serve as structural elements in the building, further contributing to efficient project execution.

Lower OPEX

Efficient process flow, durable materials, and practical facility layouts help simplify operation and reduce maintenance requirements throughout the facility lifecycle.

Built to last

All water-exposed surfaces are coated with polyurea, creating a durable and watertight barrier designed for long service life. Seawater-resistant materials are used throughout the facility, while high-quality ventilation, dehumidification, and insulation systems help maintain a stable operating environment.

Operational control

Integrated monitoring, process control, and alarm systems provide continuous visibility into water quality and operational performance. All production data is logged and available for analysis, helping operators optimize conditions and improve decision-making.

Broodstock module

Designed for the unique requirements of broodstock production

Broodstock facilities place different demands on both infrastructure and day-to-day operations.

Our Broodstock module includes solutions specifically adapted for handling, moving, and maintaining large fish. Every facility is tailored to the customer’s breeding strategy, broodstock requirements, and production objectives.

The focus is simple: stable conditions, safe fish handling, and reliable long-term broodstock performance.

Smolt module

Combines hatchery, first feeding, and pre-smolt production

One proven, integrated concept for the entire early production phase. The facility is designed to create stable production conditions through the most sensitive stages of the fish lifecycle while providing the flexibility required for different production strategies and capacities.

Post-Smolt module

Designed for the production of post-smolt up to 1 kg.

The module consists of four production tanks connected to a shared water treatment system. The system can be configured to operate with separate water qualities when required, creating additional operational flexibility.

The result is a production platform designed to support biological development, production planning, and efficient use of resources.

Grow-Out module

Designed as an independent production unit for land-based grow-out in either freshwater or seawater.

ModulRAS Grow-Out is built for efficient production at commercial scale.

Facilities can be configured in different sizes and capacities, including central fish delivery solutions adapted to operational requirements.
